How do you choose your retainer colors?
I'm choosing my retainer tomorrow morning, and I was wondering...how do you choose your retainer colors? Do you look at something? I'm pretty sure my orthodontist has a binder to look at...but still, does the orthodontist write down the color you choose? Or what?
And for stickers...? And for designs? Do they ask you? Or do you have to tell them that you want rainbow, etc.?

Well, they'll give you a binder to look at. It should include all available designs and I have never heard of a retainer sticker. The ortho will write down what you want. But don't go too crazy because when you wear it during the day, people might be able to see it. That's why I got mine light pink, because that way it blends in with my mouth.
