Can I make a custom calendar under "fair use"?
I would like to make a custom calendar for a Christmas gift. The pictures I would use would be photos I took on a trip to Walt Disney World that I took with my mother.
Can I make this sort of calendar under "fair use"?

However, the answer was a bit too general for me. If anyone could please help me, it would be much appreciated! I just want to make sure I am not breaking any copyright law. (And to see if this would fall under "fair use," etc.) I figure if these are pictures I have taken, then of course it would be okay. However, I wanted to be sure.

Can you make a calendar? Yes. Calendars are not protected by copyright. That's about as public domain as you can get.
Can you make a Christmas present using personal pictures from Disney World? Yes you can. If you try to sell said pictures you could face problems, but there is no such problem if you're using them for personal use.
You're totally over-thinking this here. Just relax and make the calendar already.
