Do custom tailors based in Hong Kong use counterfeit "designer" fabrics?
Customers choose fabrics from sample books provided by high-end manufacturers, but tailors could possibly substitute inferior knock-off fabrics manufactured inside China. But I don't know if there is any evidence of this actually happening.
More then likely, but then again, that is what they do and it turns out to be a great suit at a great price for us.!
