Why don't all the custom things show up when I download a Sim to my Sims 2 game?
Like, for example, I tried to download a girl Sim but only her outfit and her custom skin showed up; shame because she had very pretty hair.
I use Vista, if that makes a difference.
It's because the sim didn't have the mesh for the hair included with it. That happens a lot if you download sims from EA's Exchange. You could try to ask the creator where they got the hair and mesh for the hair from and then go there and get it yourself, but that will mean you'll have to be able to unzip or unrar it to get it into your game and also that you will have to know where to put it in the game files.
