what should we wear as our costumes?
me and 2 of my friends wanted to be toddlers and tiaras for halloween, and we REALLY don't know how to dress! we wanted a little sparkly cupcake dress, but there are non that fit us... (we're 14) our back-up idea was just wearing colorful tutus with a sparkly top, but we dont know where we can get it. if you have any other ideas or know where we can get outfits....

You can try to go to a thrift store.
They have a lot of great stuff that isn't expensive, so even if you wear it only once, you didn't spend a whole lot of money on it. I personally love buying Halloween stuff at thrift stores. Just a tip though, go looking now, because around Halloween prices tend to go up a bit.
You could also try eBay, but that can sometimes get pricey.

And by the way, I don't think you're too old for Halloween. I'm 20 and I went trick or treating last year (I might go this year too).
